Has gone by many names and yes you can make your own. This is a convenient way for people to get four oz without the mess and hassle. 

This is a perfect solution for replacing the oils in Honda element cladding and plastic bumpers, trim pieces etc.

Apply with terry cloth and then DO NOT THROW AWAY USED RAG IN GARBAGE CAN!!!!! It can self combust and must be discarded in a fire safe container or washed and degreased immediately.
